I’m currently looking for a lodger to move into my brand new renovated house. I am a very clean and tidy person and expect the same from the person I live with.

In terms of the house I keep on top of everything, if things need a refresh I will be on top of it as I take a lot of pride in my home as Its taken a lot of hard work and time for me to get it to the standard it is.

I currently have a cleaner that comes in once a month to make sure the house is nice and tidy also on top of me keeping it nice.

I currently only stay at the house once a week and sometimes that could be me nipping home so I grab some stuff sometimes less due to me staying at a friends who lives closer to work. If I do stay at home I work shifts so it could be we are on total opposites as I do work nights also so even then will feel you have the whole house completely to yourself

I’m looking for someone who ideally doesn’t work from home all day every day and is in a professional role.

I also have a young dog who is 3 years old so when I do come home she will be coming with me, she’s the most cutest little quiet dog so you won’t even realise she is there.

price includes all bills / luxury of practically having a whole house which has been brand new renovated throughout to yourself with a cleaner also.

The bedroom is furnished with an ottoman king size bed. It also has 6 large draws and a hanging rail so perfect for one person as plenty of storage in the room.

I have recently just had the garden completely done so ideal for summer months and feels like an additional living space!

The nearest bus station is less than 10 minute walk and nearest train 10 minute car journey. The house also has CCTV front and back for security covering parking etc
