I’m looking for a tidy, respectful and easy going flatmate.

Female flatmate only- muslim preferred.

The flat is cozy, clean, and in a great location- close to MMU, Asda Hulme, Hulme Park, Manchester Piccadilly, and city centre in general.

There is a shared bathroom, an open plan kitchen/living room with two large sofas, a sofa chair, small round table, TV, desk/chair and dining table. Washing machine and fridge/freezer also in kitchen.

The flat comes furnished, some utensils, plates and cups already provided.

The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, king size bed, large window, standing lamp and 2x bedside drawers.

Council Tax Band B.

Internet is included.

Other bills- gas/electric and water come up to around £65-£80 per person, per month.

I’m 32, female, muslim, I have the second bedroom. I work from home, enjoy good food, road trips, walking/hiking, and am an easy going, friendly, tidy person.
