Professional flat just outside the city centre - five minutes' walk to Oxford Road, or ten minutes to Deansgate tram station.
It's a quiet building, residents are mostly professionals and small families. The bills are about £150. (The landlord will not accept anyone who is a student and absolutely will not budge on this. Sorry!)
The room itself is pictured as it currently appears with many of my housemate's possessions in it - guitar and ornaments etc - but he's looking to move early April, possibly earlier.
As for me, my name's Jack, I'm a copywriter working in Burnley three days a week, but WFH for two days. Which days exactly varies from week to week.
We each have a desk in the living room - you'd be inheriting my outgoing housemate's. You can feel free to utilise it (or not) at your leisure!
