New Luxury Bathroom

Hi, We're Simon & James and I'd like to tell you about the rooms that have recently become available in our professional house share in the Farnworth area of Bolton.

The house.
The house is large spacious and very comfortable and has everything you may need. The front door leads to a vestibule and into our wide hall way.

From there you enter the lounge. The lounge is equipped with big deep sofas and cushions soft lights and flat screen TV’s. Our TV/Broadband supplier is Talk Talk, it’s fast and reliable. Ideal for nights in relaxing in front of the telly or with your lap top and putting your feet up.

From the lounge you enter the diner area this is a perfect space for chilling out, sharing a drink or dining with the other housemates.

From diner to the kitchen. The fully fitted modern kitchen has everything you need. Integrated oven, hob and extraction system. Washing machine, large stand up fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery. There’s plenty of cupboard space for everyone.

The first floor has three bedrooms and a very large, very luxurious bathroom. The bath is long and deep, perfect for soaking away the days stresses and strains. In contrast the separate power shower cubicle refreshes and invigorates you in the mornings and sets you up for the day ahead.

The rooms available are fully furnished but can be let without furniture if you prefer to use your own, which ever you feel is best for you.

At the top of the house is the attic room.

The house is currently occupied by working professionals who get along really well. Both of us are sometimes away on business and sometimes home. So there will be times when everyone is home together and there will be times when you have the whole place to yourself.

Unlike some shared houses owned by professional landlords, this house isn’t being run as a ‘pack em in and stack em high’ model. Many landlords seem to want to wring every last penny out of every rentable square inch of space. You’ll wait to use the kitchen and you’ll wait to use the bathroom.

This house isn’t like that. This house is run with you the paying tenant in mind. You work hard for your money and hard working professional people need quality, comfort and space to relax when they come home.

The rent is £490 & £530 pcm and includes all major bills such as council tax, water rates, TV & broadband, TV license, electricity & gas.

The Area.
The house is located near Farnworth town hall which means the town center with all its shops, cafe’s, pubs etc is a five minute walk away. Literally, top of our road turn left and you’re there. There’s a large Asda store here too and behind Asda is Farnworth’s swimming pool and gym if keep fit is your thing. Tesco is located at the other end of town and takes about ten minutes to walk.

In the other direction (top of our road, turn right) is Bolton town center which is a five minute drive away. Historic Bolton town center’s focal point is Bolton town hall, its clock tower and Le Mans Crescent. There are plenty of cafe’s, bars, restaurants and night clubs here as well as all top brand shops and theaters, museums, libraries and galleries. Bolton has all the modern retail parks and cinemas too.

There are many buses that run frequently linking Bolton, Farnworth, Kearsley, Salford and Manchester city center together.

If you’re a car driver you’ll be pleased to know we’re close to the A666 which links up with the M61 & M60. The A666 joins these motorways about five minutes drive away, it’s dead easy to access the rest of the country from here.

At the bottom of our road is Moses Gate Country Park and Farnworth train station. We are just four stops away from Manchester city center which takes about fifteen minutes by rail.

Moses Gate Country Park is a very large park with many lakes, rivers, woods and open fields. There are swans and ducks and all types of wild life. There’s a visitors center and nature reserve if you’re ecologically minded. The park is a perfect place for walking and cycling and enjoying rest and relaxation.

New Housemate.
Our ideal housemates should be easy going, relaxed, sociable, clean and tidy. We don’t mind if you’re male or female or what age you are etc. Our new house mate should be working full or part time.
