Cute house in Didsbury + dog

Hey, I’m Anna and I’m looking for 2 new housemates for my house in Didsbury/ Withington who can hopefully become good mates and create a warm, friendly home!! The guys I’ve been living with this year are moving elsewhere (like, to Scotland) but I’m planning to stay as cba to move and am happy here. Rent is 550 and bills package atm is 125pm

The house is just opposite fog lane park on really pretty and quiet road (pic with all the flowers is the park) also near the Christie and has a rlly cute garden (sunny + patio + flowerbeds + lawn + outside table & chairs for having lunch/ working outside + outdoor sockets). Has 3-4 bedrooms, a downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and the attic room has an ensuite. Also Tv’s in all the bedrooms and the big one has a nice bay window. Also lowkey having a front porch has been a big plus for deliveries!!

Bedroom wise there are 3 doubles and then a tiny box room which is technically mine but I’m using the spare room downstairs as my bedroom and the box as a study/ closet. Kinda works as a spare room if someone needs to stay over/ laundry room too. Will upload some pictures soon but in the meantime if u message can send the YouTube video (?) the estate agents used last time

I’m a 26yo med student, I’m gay, English/Norwegian and my dog is called Bella. I’ll be on placement 4-5 days a week so happy with professionals or students, mostly just want to make sure we get on well because rlly want to turn this into a cute mid twenties home with fairy lights and late night kitchen chats, bad date recaps and spontaneous wine evenings - in other words a mini community

I’ve had bell since she was a puppy, she’s 7 now and loves to make best friends w people. Very loving and will sleep on your lap or in your room if you let her, bonus points if u ever fancy walking her. Massive fan of tennis balls and squirrels, not so keen on postmen.

*** ORRRR kinda crazy idea but there are a couple 8/9 bed houses in the area that are amazing with double cookers etc and same budget… there’ve been so many responses to this ad of ppl wanting a homely house community it’s v cute, also a sad reflection of society atm, could gather up a group of nice and cool similar ppl and make our own sitcom esque bigger mini community lol, then everyone always has someone to get on with too /// idk would have to be very organised and just an idea but could be fun, also seriously cba to move so maybe not super likely but lmk either way!!
