Spacious double bed room in Deansgate - furnished! Comes with all furniture as seen in the picture other than the desk & desk chair.

It doesn’t have a specific en-suite but the main bathroom is never used by myself due to having an en-suite so you will have your own bathroom.

Rent is £725 and bills aren't included. Bills would all be split evenly & I pay the service charge & ground rent myself.

Bill prices are as follows per person:
118 for council tax
20 for water
13 for wifi
50 ish for energy (depending on the month)

I own the flat & live in the other bedroom. My flat mate who I have lived with for 2 years is moving to London for work & so I am looking for a new flat mate.

I work 9-5 in the week going to the office twice a week but on the days I am not at the office I am quiet working in my bedroom.
