Ensuite room in lovely house in Chorlton

Short term Summer let available from 24th April to mid September. Ensuite room available in a nicely decorated Victorian terrraced house in Chorlton, to share with the owner. Quiet, TV-free household, with use of shared living & dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful street, easy walking to supermarket, tram, bus stop and all the joys of Chorlton - including cafés, restaurants, excellent bakery, independent fishmonger, cooperative organic supermarket (Unicorn Grocery) etc. All bills (including cleaner, wifi, window cleaner, utilities & council tax) included. On-street parking. Cellar for (light) bicycle.
Would consider Monday-Friday arrangement at negotiable rate.
Ideal lodger would be respectful of shared space, and able to shut doors quietly :-) . Would prefer someone working out in the world as I work from home, but not essential. 10% additional monthly rate for couples.
