Manchester: Lovely Flat in Chorlton

Hi! One of our housemates is moving out so looking for a friendly, tidy female housemate to take the third room in our 3-bed flat in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester.

Location
* 3 min walk to Chorlton Tram Stop (easy to get to City Centre (less than 15 mins), Didsbury and the Airport)
* Close to bus stops taking you all over
* Morrisons is a 2 min walk
* Nearby to parks & independent shops/coffee shops/restaurants

The Flat
* Mostly furnished double room (bed frame and mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table come with the room. The wardrobe and desk are property of the housemate moving but she is looking to sell them to the new tenant)
* One of four flats in the house - all friendly people!
* Shared kitchen/living/dining space (all one room).
* 1 Shared bathroom.
* There is a driveway parking space and on-street parking up the road
* Lovely communal garden and shed (for bikes/garden furniture)
* Landlady is super lovely, always on hand to help and quick to respond
* Non-smoking & no pets

Current Housemates
* Ellie (23) and Maddy (24) - Ellie has been living in the flat since August 2024 and Maddy moved in December 2025. Both want to stay in the flat for the foreseeable!
* We are preferably looking for a friend, not just a flatmate! We are friendly girls who love days out, charity shopping, relaxing and going for coffee/drinks.
* Maddy (24) works for a charity, loves playing football, cooking, eating out, rnb/ neosoul music and having a boogie.
* Ellie (23) works for the council, enjoys going on walks/hikes, reading, chilling out, Olivia Dean, Cleo Sol and meal prep.

Tenancy & Move-in
* Flexible move-in: would like to have someone move in by early-mid June. The room can be available from sooner for the right person if needed!
Rent is paid on the 23rd of each month.

Rent
* £585 pcm + bills (£110 avg - including WIFI and Council Tax)
* Deposit: £673
* Council Tax Band B (split between 3 of us)

We are looking for someone who ideally is not fully remote (hybrid is totally fine but we take our calls in our rooms when multiple people are working!) and also no full-time students. We would prefer someone who is 9-5 Mon-Fri so then we're all on a similar schedule.

Ellie is currently a part-time masters student (course finishing in August) and is currently experiencing an intense deadline season and time is limited for viewings. We will try and be as flexible and accommodating as we can for viewings, but just so you're aware :)
