Hello, Rob and I are looking for a lovely new housemate to join us in our Chorlton home as our current housemate is moving back home.

The house:
- 15 min walk to Morrisons Chorlton
- nearest tram is St Werburghs Road
- 3 bedrooms with a huge sunny garden
- on & off street parking available
- shared living room and kitchen
- upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet
- we had a furry, four legged fourth housemate called Lady who is very friendly 🐈‍⬛ she belongs to Amanda but we all look after her
- council tax band C / WiFi / gas & electric are on top of rent

The room:
- the room available is upstairs and at the front of the house
- big windows and very bright, it gets a lot of sun throughout the day
- there is space for a double bed, wardrobe/rail and a desk
- while the rest of the house is furnished, the bedroom is unfurnished

About us:
- I (Amanda) am 32 and a marketing manager from Manchester. I like travel, music, festivals, charity shopping, trips to the pub.
- Rob is 30 and a musician from Leeds. He likes music, fashion, film, cooking, also partial to a trip to the pub.

- we’re a casual friendly household who hang out together and are sociable but also like to do our own thing
- Amanda works from home 3 days a week and Rob is self employed so will work from wherever he likes
- we enjoy having family and friends round and might host the odd Halloween party
- move in date would be around 27th June but can be flexible but a few days
