I have a fully furnished double bedroom available on the top floor of my charming three-story house. I am a friendly female professional landlord and will be residing alongside you.

The room features a brand-new double bed with a memory foam mattress, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. A desk and chair can also be provided upon request.

The house includes modern fitted bathrooms on each floor, along with a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, the property is just a 2-minute walk from the shops, restaurants, and bars of Chorlton, and less than a 10-minute stroll to the Chorlton tram station. It’s conveniently located near Manchester Airport and the M56, M60, and M62 motorways.

Rent is £760 per month, which includes broadband, gas, electricity, water, and council tax.

I’m seeking a friendly, easy-going male tenant who appreciates a calm and relaxing environment. Please note that to maintain the tranquillity of the home, friends and family visits are not permitted.. I preferred a non-smoker and someone who does not play loud music, as the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful.
