Small double bedroom in central Deansgate

Ideally I am looking for a young professional female preferably who works in office 3+ days and has similar interests to me. I really want to be friends - be able to chill together, cook together etc. so someone who is fun, friendly and outgoing is a must. 
 The room available is the smaller double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows that lead onto the balcony.

about me: 
 I have graduated from MMU last year in Fashion Promotion and am currently seeking a marketing role - would love someone who is also in the creative field but isn't a must! I am a bit of a homebody but do love going out for food & drinks occasionally etc. Hobbies include running, baking, workout classes (Pilates, Yoga etc.), just going out for a little walk grabbing a coffee/matcha and reading a good book.


 Bills will be split 50/50 between the both of us which will be for electric, water & broadband (about £90 a month depending on usage). Council Tax is also split which is £121 each a month (Band E - £242).

Would be looking for someone to move in from July / August 2026 xx
