Looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving at the end of April. I am a young man who moved here from Scotland last August for work - I am an engineer and my hours are very flexible, sometimes I also work from home.
I am looking for someone who is above all clean, apart from that I’m not too bothered. I have people over from time to time so you would need to be cool with occasional noise, someone who enjoyed socialising would fit in well here. The flat is always kept clean and is in an ideal location in Ancoats, a couple minutes walk from the city centre. You would have your own bathroom which is the one shown in the ad.
