A bright double room available in a characterful apartment in the heart of Ancoats, just a short walk from the Northern Quarter and city centre.

The flat has plenty of charm and generous space, with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well set up if you enjoy cooking, and with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, the space gets lots of natural light and feels open and relaxed. In summer, the balcony catches the sun throughout the day - honestly one of the best parts.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and storage. You’ll also have the main bathroom to yourself, as the apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom property.

The overall vibe is calm, clean and easy-going. I’m fairly independent day-to-day but friendly and sociable, so it would suit someone similar.

The location is one of the best parts of Manchester - close to great restaurants, cafes, gyms and transport links, and ideal for commuting into the city.

I’m looking for someone tidy, easy-going and considerate - good energy, good vibes. Preferably a female flatmate.

About me:
I live in the flat and work from home during the week. I’m usually up early to go to the gym or go for a run/walk in the mornings, so I have a bit of a routine.

I’m pretty chill and easy-going - I enjoy going out for food and drinks or going for a walk in the area and I equally love a quiet night in, cooking and watching TV or just doing my own thing.

I’ll sometimes have friends round or be out with them but overall it’s a calm, relaxed home.

Would be lovely to live with someone on a similar vibe - friendly, easy-going, respectful and up for the occasional chat.
