Hey, I’m seeking someone to move in to the second bedroom in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, located in the heart of Wembley (right by the stadium). This is a fully furnished 4th floor flat in the newly built Williamson Heights development, which has a concierge service, access to amazing private rooftop views, a cinema room, an exercise room, communal working space and lounge areas, secure bicycle storage and a communal courtyard.

The available double bedroom comes  with a double bedframe, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe space (currently, this is a store room connected to the bedroom - please come and have a look - it is a large space and I am happy to adapt it to your needs). The person taking this room will have the main bathroom to themselves, as I have an en-suite bathroom in my bedroom. I also have a cleaner that visits every month to clean the entire flat ― this will be included in the monthly rent.

The flat has a modern open plan living room and kitchen, as well as a balcony that looks over the courtyard and catches plenty of sunlight. - 10 minutes from Wembley Boxpark, theatre and SSE arena (if you like live music).
