This is a 5 bedroom house with 2 shared bathrooms The existing flatmates are a nice, friendly bunch with a good healthy cosmopolitan mix.
The home houses 5 people in total and has two bathrooms.

Please note: Single Occupancy only. No couples please. Professionals preferred. No students.

The room itself comprises of: a single bed with under bed storage, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a tall storage unit.

Centrally located just 300 meters from the A3 and less than 10 mins walk to Tolworth BR station. 1 minute to bus stop on main route to Kingston. Close to main shopping area, including Tesco and Iceland, also convenient to local restaurants and pubs.

Bright kitchen fully equipped with a tall fridge, separate freezer, oven, gas hob and microwave. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and conveniences provided.

Laundry:
Laundry facilities include washing machine,, ironing board and iron.
