Peaceful sea-themed room in large suburban home

Hi there! I’m Lucinda. I’m looking for a kind, easy-going, and respectful female to join our home in the lovely Southborough area of Surbiton. I live here with my two children (13+) and our well-behaved (and very friendly!) 5 year old Spaniel.

The Room
Your room is a peaceful, sea-themed sanctuary. It’s a bright single room with a new, premium Emma mattress—so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. It comes fully equipped with a desk (perfect for study or life admin), a TV, a wooden clothes rail, and a chest of drawers.

The House & Garden
We live in a large, 4-bedroom semi-detached house on a quiet, tree-lined street where neighbours enjoy talking to one another. You’ll have:
* Shared Spaces: Access to two spacious living rooms (one with a piano if you’re musical!) and a kitchen/utility area.
* Bathrooms: We have two bathrooms with showers (one up, one down), so there’s never a morning rush.
* The Garden: A large back garden with outdoor seating that looks out onto private playing fields.
* The Perks: All bills are included, along with high-speed internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a weekly cleaner.

Location & Commuting
If you don't know Surbiton, it’s the perfect balance of green and connected:
* The Surbiton Shortcut: A 2-minute walk to the bus stop, which gets you to the station in 5 minutes.
* London in 17 Mins: The fast train from Surbiton to Waterloo is legendary—you're in central London in less than 20 minutes.
* Kingston Uni: A direct 20-minute bus ride or a very easy cycle away.
* Local Life: We are a half an hour stroll from the River Thames and the lovely independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops on Maple Road and Victoria Road.

About You
We are a warm, busy family, so we’re looking for someone who fits into that rhythm easily. Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment, doesn't mind a bit of teenage life or a happy dog greeting you at the door, and values a fairly tidy and respectful space.
