Hey! I have a huge, east-facing double room opening up in a lovely Victorian building.

The Room & Flat
The room has massive windows overlooking a well-kept garden. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk setup, a cozy retro armchair with a coffee table, and tons of built-in wardrobe storage.

We’ll be sharing a fully equipped kitchen, which has a great dining space perfect for occasional end-of-week drinks plus a separate bathroom and toilet.

The Area & Perks
• Location: Short walk to Surbiton station (under 20 mins to Waterloo on the fast train) and close to local shops and pubs.
• Parking: Free parking is available.
• Bills: £175 a month on top of rent. This covers everything (council tax, gas, electric, water), and Wi-Fi

I’m into fitness, the outdoors, traveling, and running my business. On weekends, you’ll probably find me at my allotment growing my own veg. I like keeping a clean, friendly, and relaxed home.
