I’m offering a room to flat share with me in my 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat on The Avenue in Surbiton with a allocated parking space . 10-15min walk to Surbiton station (fast train to Waterloo) <5min to buses K2, 281, 406, 416 . Fishponds park at the end of the street.

I would only be staying 1 or 2 nights per week, I work in Surbiton but I'm partially moving in with my boyfriend in east London. I would have the smaller of the two bedrooms with a view to move out completely sometime over the next year.
If a pair of friends were looking for two rooms now, I could be open to renting out both rooms and me moving out completely.

Main bedroom with ensuite. £1075
King size bed, large wardrobes, large bay window with ensuite walk in shower and toilet.

Smaller bedroom £875 - only available if two friends are looking for rooms.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, not much of a view, as it's looking into a alley with brick wall. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower right by your door, I have an en suite so there will be no bathroom conflict.

Sharing a large open plan kitchen/living room leading to private patio, communal gardens. Modern Kitchen with all the usual appliances.

I’m 40, working locally as a community nurse working 9 to 5, I'm quite quiet and respectful of others, I would expect the same in return. Being respectful of my neighbours, no late night parties. I only plan to stay 1 or 2 nights a week so save me commuting. So you would have the flat to yourself most of the time. At some point I may move out full time and rent my room out.

Non-smokers only and for single occupancy. Couples we could negotiate additional costs.

council tax band D included and all bills included, this may need to be reviewed should energy prices substantially increase.
