The room comes with a brand new solid wooden bed, a premium memory foam mattress, and fresh new bedding. It can also be furnished to suit your needs, with options including a wardrobe, desk, office chair, bedside table and shelving.

Just a 10 minute walk to Romford Station with excellent transport links:
• Elizabeth Line – approx. 29 mins to Liverpool Street
• Greater Anglia – approx. 18 mins to Liverpool Street

The house also benefits from a south facing private garden with direct sunlight for most of the day. There is already a pergola with table and chairs, making it a lovely space to relax and unwind.

A private home gym is also being set up and will include a well equipped training and wellness space for strength work, mobility, stretching and recovery. Some equipment is already in place, with more coming soon.

Future plans also include an outdoor fitness area and sunbeds.

I am looking for only 2 lodgers at the moment (3 of us in total), so the house will remain quiet, spacious and comfortable.
