We are a quiet, considerate and easy-going household, and looking for someone similar to join. We like to chat in the kitchen, but also enjoy time to ourselves.

The room to rent is in the first floor of a six bedroom house located at the end of a quiet the street. The window is towards the backyard garden letting in loads of natural light. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed with drawers for storage space, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a bedside table. All other furniture pictured is owned by the current tennant but gives an idea of how big this room really is!

The house offers fantastic living space, including a large private garden with patio, a garage for extra storage space and a guest room. The ground floor includes a large kitchen with washer, dryer and dishwasher, a dinning room, sitting room with a large flat screen and bathroom. Three rooms (plus the guest room) are located on the first floor, one being the large room to rent. A bathroom with a shower and a bathtub is located in the same floor. There is also an additional toilet located on the ground floor.

The house is situated in a safe, peaceful, tree-lined cul-de-sac near Richmond Bridge, 10 minutes walk from St. Margaret's station and 15 minutes walk from Richmond station. The room would be available for rent from 20 May.

Viewing is a must! The rent is £835 per month and includes all bills, council tax, wi-fi, shared household items, plus and a weekly professional cleaner. It's possible that the rent can fluctuate with price changes of bills.
