Bright & modern single room in peaceful area

Hello!
We have a long term room available for a kind and responsible tenant in our North London home.
Light & airy single bedroom with lots of storage, close to Oakwood station.
Big shared kitchen and garden, in a quiet and safe area with lots of nature and parks nearby.
£500 a month for rent and all utilities and bills (including wifi, virgin media, and housekeeping 1 or 2 times a week), and you'll be living with two women and one man all in their late 30's/early 40's. One of those housemates is my brother who is an autistic adult, but is capable & independent.
I am the landlord (female mid 30's) and live outside of the UK for most of the year but come back a few times a year for work and to check on my brother - so when i'm around you'll have an extra housemate.
I am looking for a tenant who is kind and considerate and clean/tidy, to be my point of contact while i'm out the country from time to time, kind of like an informal house manager or lead tenant 🙂
Our home is very peaceful, we all get along well and respect each others space too. Most of our tenants have stayed with us for many years.
