Room 1: £200 PW (Single Occupancy)

The Property:

* Fully furnished throughout
* Clean and well-maintained communal areas
* Spacious kitchen with dining area, including fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and essential appliances
* One bathroom
* One separate toilet room

The property is currently shared with three flatmates. Two professional females and one professional male. All are clean, respectful, and easy-going. We are looking to maintain a household of a similar standard.

Payments & Terms:

* First 2 weeks or First month of rent payable before move-in (depending on agreement)
* A holding deposit equivalent to two weeks of rent is required to secure the room.
* £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
