Room 1: £180 PW (Discounted Rate) / £200 PW (Standard Rate) (Single Occupancy)
10% discount for the initial month.

This flat has 4 rooms in total, with one currently available. The household consists of 2 female students and 1 male student, some of whom also work. We aim to maintain a respectful, clean, and welcoming environment.

Payments & Terms:
• First month’s rent payable before move-in
•A Security deposit equivalent to two weeks of rent is required to secure the room.
• £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay, if you continue on a rolling contract, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
