Nice room available for short/medium term let

I have a very nice double room to let in my flat from early April onwards. I can commit to making the room available until the end of July. Although if things work out, it might be available for longer, I can not commit to this at this stage.

The bathroom is next to the room and as my room is an en suite, you would have exclusive use of it.

Price would be £800 per month inclusive of bills.
The flat is very nice as you can see from the photos and has a small patio as well as communal gardens. It is 150 metres from Hampton Wick train station which takes you to Waterloo in 30-35 minutes, 2 minutes to the banks of the Thames and 7 minutes walk into Kingston with it's shops gyms, bars, and restaurants. There is a small parade of shops next to the flat including a post office/corner shop, Indian restaurant and a couple of lively pubs.

Free street parking is available from 6-30pm to 8-30am, otherwise permits will be needed which will cost £3 a day.

There' s also a bike shed in the commual garden.

I am a History teacher and a lively guy with a wide range of interests - latin dance, playing football, and gym but also literature, politics
and culture in general. I also learn and speak Spanish to an upper intermediate/advanced level. It would be great to have someone with some shared interests and I am a sociable and chatty person.

Finally I have a 13 year old daughter who will be around at least part of the time.

I have 3 lodgers before - in their 20s, 30s and 50s,, male, female, student, professional- and I have got on well with all of them!
