Double room available for friendly flatmate

I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded housemate to join me in a charming two-bedroom flat in Isleworth from June 1st.

The flat itself is a bit of a gem: two good-sized double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (no wrestling with storage), a bright and spacious open-plan living room and modern kitchen (perfect for cooking, chatting, or collapsing onto the sofa after a long day), plus a video entry system and your own allocated parking space.

Council tax comes in at £105 per month. As I’m moving in fresh, utilities are still to be confirmed, but I’ve been assured they’re very reasonable and we’ll get everything set up nice and quickly.

A bit about me: I’m 35 and work in TV. I’m into films, theatre, comedy, and board games. This won’t be a party flat, but I do enjoy the occasional dinner, drinks, or games night. Think relaxed, welcoming, and sociable without turning the living room into a nightclub.

The flat is currently unfurnished, which means we get a rare chance to shape the space together from scratch. If you’ve got furniture, great. If not, we can build something brilliant between us.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone easygoing, considerate, and up for creating a comfortable home rather than just a place to crash.
