Looking for a peaceful retreat without sacrificing city access? We have two spacious double bedrooms available in our beautiful home in Hadley Wood. Please note: As this is a shared home with a live-in landlord, we are looking for female lodgers only.
The Rooms: Bright and airy.
The Home: Large communal areas, a modern high-spec kitchen, and a private 160ft long garden.
Smoking Policy: Smokers are welcome, but smoking is strictly permitted in the garden only; it is not allowed anywhere within the property.
Location & Transport: Just a short walk to Hadley Wood Station (Great Northern/Thameslink), getting you to Moorgate or King’s Cross in under 30 minutes. Easy access to the M25 and A1.
The Area: Surrounded by green belt land, Trent Park, and tennis/golf clubs. A safe, quiet, and affluent neighbourhood.
