A studio flat walking distance from Goodmayes stat

A recently refurbished unfurnished studio apartment is now ready for occupancy in the Ilford area, just 2-3min walk from Goodmayes Railway on Elizabeth tube station. If you need any of the furniture as shown in the images, we can talk about it. The house comes unfurnished but we have a small fridge, the TV cabinet, the cloth rack which we can leave behind at a nominal price if you would wish to keep them. Otherwise we will take everything with us. The reason we are leaving the place is because we are moving to a bigger place and need someone to replace us for the rest of the agreement period which ends in October and you can have a new contract with the landlord for a longer duration if you would want.
We can accommodate viewing any day after 5pm and the place is available to move in after 26th April.
