· Great transport links with 24/7 access to central London (Gants Hill station is part of the Night Tube, a bus stop with night buses from Oxford Street is just 15 meters away)
· 3 great parks in the area (Valentines Park 12 minutes away, Queen Elizabeth Field 10 minutes away, and a gorgeous Fairlop Waters Country Park 22 minutes away)
· Big Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury's 10 to 15 minutes of walking distance from the flat
