We are Indian origin couple living in a 2 bedroom apartment located within a very popular neighbourhood in lower Feltham area. I am an IT professional and my wife is a home maker.
We would like to let our second bedroom which is of good size and fully furnished with Single bed/mattress/duvet/pillow, Study table with chair and table lamp, sinlge full length fitted wardrobe with mirror, Shelves to keep suitcase/bags, 3 wall mounted cupboards, Shoe rack, electric heater and a medium size fridge/freezer. You will also have access to shared living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. This room is suitable for one person only. If you are couple please do not contact.
Our apartment is in a very calm and quiet area. Feltham railway station is only about 6 to 7 minutes driving distance away. Ample of free parking available near the property.
Please note few restrictions below:
Smoking inside flat is not permitted.
With the exception of sea-food and chicken/egg no other non-vegetarian food consumption is permitted.
Rent includes utility bills, council tax and Broadband. Rent is to be paid monthly in advance. Security deposit equal to one month rent is also payable.
