Single Room In Ponders End

This is a newly refinished home and you will be the first guest in my quiet and comfortable home. I am open to all from any background , my only requirement is good household hygiene.

There will be no more than 3 people including myself living in a 5 bedroom house so you will definitely not be living in a cramped , cluttered or loud environment. Communal areas are cleaned professionally every fortnight.
