This is a quiet home. Looking for two quiet, respectful, tidy, professional lodgers. Two large rooms, similar size, both double but with large single bed (in the process of upgrading to new small double 120cm wide beds). Both rooms £750 pcm each including bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax). Both £750 deposit. Each room is only suitable for a single person, not couples.

Please note, there is no shared living room.

Kitchen and bathroom recently refurbished and in very good condition. Includes an expensive washer/dryer and a dishwasher (both Bosch). The home is maintained at a warm temperature.

Unfortunately, not suitable for couples, smokers or pets.
