Hi, my name is Safina. I have a room with its own bathroom available in a beautiful flat, and I’m looking for a professional flatmate to share it with. I’m hoping to find someone friendly, clean, tidy, and considerate.

The room is a double and has a lovely view overlooking the Crystal Palace training ground and Kent cricket academy. It comes with a built-in double wardrobe, a double bed, and an adjoining bathroom for your own use.

I’m a young professional working in an ophthalmology clinic in an admin/HR role. I enjoy running, cooking, going to the movies, and spending time with friends. After a long day at work, I like to come home, cook, or unwind with a TV show. I’m happy to socialise with my flatmate but also very respectful of personal space.

Bills are approximately £280 per month. There will be some fees payable to the managing agents for a new lease and referencing.
