Please note that there is NO living room in this flat. The monthly rent for the double bedroom is £750.00, and for the master bedroom, it is £850.00 inclusive of all bills. A two month's advance rent is required for each bedroom, with no deposit necessary.

Alternatively, from the flat to Barking Riverside Station is a 3 bus stops bus ride via the EL3 bus. Local amenities such as shops, takeaways, Post Office (open seven days a week until 8pm), chemist, and GP Service are all within a 5-minutes’ walk from the flat.
