Room in Yate in small lovely new build

Hi, I’m an Aussie with one double bedroom at the front of a three-bed home overlooking the front of the property. The home is only eight years old. Plenty of street parking available. The home is situated down the road from two lovely local pubs. Also located just a block away from the train station with direct trains to Bristol and MoD’s Abbey Wood. There is a bus stop next to the train station where you can catch the Y1 or Y2 to Bristol city. The room has a good-sized double bed with a large wardrobe. No TV provided, unfortunately.

The property is just a short walk to both Yate and Chipping Sodbury’s centres, where you will find great cafés, restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets.

I prefer women, as I find them quieter and cleaner, and I just get along with them better. I’d much prefer a vegetarian too, as I am. I study and work from home most days.
