A double attic room is available in a well-kept house from approximately June. Any new tenant will have to have some flexibility with the start date. The room comes with sole use of a private bathroom (with both bath and shower) located on the first floor.

I mostly live-out, so you’ll have the house to yourself most of the time. Occasional weekends will be spent at the property, along with my large dog—so you’ll need to be comfortable with large dogs with lots of energy.

References and deposit are required. I would like to review the situation every 3 months to ensure it’s working for the both of us.

I will supply chest of drawers and bedside tables, but these are not currently included in the picture of the room.
