I have one of two furnished rooms for rent.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful lodger who likes dogs, I have two well behaved small dogs.
The bills as listed are included.

Room 1 – Large Double (6m x 4m or 20ft x 13.5ft) Shares a large bathroom with room 2. £765 per month

Room 2 – Double (4m x 4m 13.5ft x 13.5ft) room with a large 6 door built in wardrobe £675 per month, shares the bathroom with room 1

Normal usage Bills included (per month):Council tax, fair use Gas & electric, Water & sewerage, Internet.

Room 1 & 2 share a large family bathroom with lots of storage space.

All 3 rooms in the share the kitchen/dinner.

Suitable for non smoking/vaping lodgers only. Price is per person, (Bills inc Council tax, water, internet & fair use electric and gas).

Ideally we’re looking for someone who works outside the home.

Room 2, This 4 x 4 meter long room with double bed, is available now. This room shares a kitchen/dinner and large family bathroom. it’s a bright & sunny room with a private view of the garden.

The price is for one person. There are little dogs in the bungalow, as a household we are the perfect place for anyone who loves little dogs and is happy to share a house with them.

Plenty of parking in the village and opposite the bungalow.

Small village surrounded by fields, with local pub and shop, very close to the Cribbs main bus station, the village bus stop is outside the house. Easter Compton is located JTN 17 of the M5 motorway, near the Cribbs causeway shopping centre, the wave and new Bristol zoo are both within walking distance, at the top of our road is easy access JTN 17 on the M5 to Aztec west JTN 16, Bradley Stoke, Filton, Severnside and Avonmouth & 10mins to both Welsh bridges.
