Rooms in a sunny home in quiet neighbourhood

Hello :)

I am looking for a lodger to share my lovely home.
I am friendly, easy going and down to earth. I personally do not drink, smoke or do drugs and get on better with similar minded people. I don’t mind people who drink socially, however if it is a bedrock of your life or personality, we are unlikely to click.

Advertised either a Single OR Double room
Single room:
Single bed frame (with storage area underneath), single mattress, curtains, drawers, adjustable height table, chair.

Double room:
Double bed frame (with storage area underneath), bedside table, curtains, space for furnitures of your choice (or table/chair if required).

There is a cupboard and possible extra drawer spaces outside the room to hang clothes or store belongings. There will also be storage area available for suitcase and pantry spaces.

The shower is newly refurbished with a lush rain shower.

This house is on a quiet residential street with friendly ​neighbours.

It is within a mile of Ockendon Station, only a ~30minutes journey to London Fenchurch Street. Lidl and local shops are within 10 minutes walk.
The nearby Little Belhus Country Park ( though not so little with 213 acres of land area!) is only 5 minutes walk away.

Living here you will also get to enjoy the 60ft south-east facing garden and plenty of light in the house.

Parking- currently space in drive way is taken however could be negociable, there are plenty of off-street parking available.

I endeavour to make my lodgers feel warm and welcomed. I treat people with respect, like to keep things clean and tidy and expect the same in return :)

Reference and ID check will be needed.
Bills included: Council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet.

I'm a vegetarian but you can cook whatever you fancy!
