Lovely spacious double room with kingsize bed and mattress and a huge en suite( you can also use main bathroom if you would like a bath) built in wardrobes, large tv mounted on wall with sky included 6 draw chest and dressing table inc if wanted.

Huge ensuite in a new build house with pleasent house mates that work full time.

X2 dogs in the house that are usually in the living room which is there space i dont allow access to the living room.

Tenancy agreement in place.

Windows r cleaned every 6 weeks, grass is cut regular and no hidden fees or extra bills i dont ask for extra money for washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc just need to provide your own stuff for the washing machine.

There is ample parking and a garden for bikes etc i do have an electric car charger which im happy for you to use at an extra cost. There are two fridges you have a cupboard in the kitchen and use of all sauceapans plates etc.

We do keep the house clean and we all tidy up after ourselves so like minded person is a must. Bonus if you like small dogs!
