Hi, we’ve got a really spacious double room available in our 3-storey townhouse in Rayleigh. The room has just been refurbished, so everything feels fresh and new.

It’s a great fit for a working professional who wants somewhere comfortable and easy to come home to after a long day.

We’re in a really convenient spot:

About a 5-minute walk to the High Street
Around 10 minutes to Rayleigh Station
Trains into Liverpool Street take roughly 45 minutes

The Room

It’s a large, bright double room with:

Desk (if you work from home)

The House

The house is big (over 3 floors), so there’s plenty of space, and you don’t feel on top of each other.

1 main bathroom, 1 ensuite, plus a separate toilet
Big kitchen with new appliances
Utility room/kitchen-ette (you’ll have your own cupboards + fridge/freezer space)
Two living areas
Cinema room
Good-sized garden
On-road parking
Fast fibre broadband

We also have a cleaner for the shared areas every 2 weeks and the garden is looked after monthly.

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be sharing with us, a professional couple. We’re pretty easygoing, keep things clean and tidy, and respect people’s space.

We’ve also got two very friendly, well-behaved dogs.
