We have 2 spare rooms to rent on the ground floor of our 2 floor Town house. The rooms seperate to the house and the WC and shower are for the rooms only. Each room has their own personal cooking facilities in the room.

Room 1- Double Room
Large Bright spacious room with double bed. The room has plenty of storage space with 2 large wardrobes, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and utensils. There is also a TV and firestick and includes high speed wifi.

Room 2- Single Room
Small box room recently refurbished. The room in Fully furnished and has a fridge freezer, TV, firestick, Wifi, microwave, over, hob, and a wardrobe.

We are 12 min walk to town centre and hospital. Bus stops are 5 mins walk away and there is a cafe, butcher shop barber and 2 takeaways within 5 mins walk away open till late. The house is in a quiete cul de sac with green space nearby by. Ideal location if you work in the hospital or in town. We ensure all out lodgers are comfertable and always strive to solve any issues immediatly to ensure they feel at home.

There is no washing machine provided however we offer 24hr wash and dry service if required for £10 a laod or there are plenty of laundrettes nearby.

We can also provide home cooked fresh hot meals ordered in advance when available.

This is a family home and we live above the apartment and have children, in order to ensure we are able meet each others expections - Please see below our preferences before getting intouch to see if this room suites your needs..

Lodger must be happy to sign and agree to a lodger agreement and provide Id/documentation for verifications checks and if non British passport holders have a share code.
