Victorian semi - just minutes walk into town centre (to main shopping areas and bars and restaurants). Located in a nice residential area know as Old Moulsham. Great easy access to public transport 12mins walk to train station (or just one stop on the bus whicn is very close to house).
The accommodation is of a very high standard and you will struggle to find better anywhere in Chelmsford.
There are two bathrooms in the house for 4, so you would only be sharing with ONE other person.
The house has nice communal areas - separate lounge, large kitchen, and a nice garden with patio and BBQ and sun loungers.
The house is in a really nice location in a lovely residential area.
The room is a nice tastefully furnished.
Currently there are 3 females in the house (all professionals), and we are searching for a new tenant. MUST be clean and tidy 😊
