Double room available in family home

Double room in a 3-bedroom family home in the quiet neighbourhood of Black Notley. Our home is an 8-minute walk from Cressing train station with a direct train to London every hour. 25-minute drive to Stansted airport. Close to the A120 and A12. Ideal for a professional with a vehicle. Off-road parking or free parking on road outside the house.

The room is a double room at the front of the house, with a double bed, a desk, wardrobe and large window overlooking the road and houses outside. The room is very light during the day. You will also have use of the shared bathroom (there is a second toilet downstairs but only one bathroom), the kitchen/dining area and the garden.

I live with my daughter, who is 4 years old. I am a friendly, considerate and respectful person and generally keep the house well maintained and tidy. I’m looking for a like-minded person to join our household.

I work shifts, consisting of days and lates and I also work weekends.

Please be mindful that this a family home and being respectful and considerate of that is a must for me.

Please also note that you will not have access to the living room as this is where my daughter and I spend time together.
