Bright double room available with a single bed. The room is furnished but I'm flexible about layout, or if you wanted to add in any furniture or a bigger bed.
I work from home in my office, though in and out, I have a boyfriend who stays one night at the weekend but generally it's just me and the two cats!
The area is quiet, just east of Brighton with beautiful cliff views - parking available and you can see the sea from the top of the road. Bus links are 10 minute walk. It's a beautiful part of the world nestled between the sea and the south downs, lots of nice places to visit and the beach is just a walk away. Lots of walking areas and cycle routes.
