Vacancy for a friendly house-mate with a good sense of humour to join our relaxed and well-kept home.

The house is on a side street near London Road and the seafront, 2 minutes from shops, banks and buses.

The room is on the second floor. Bright and cheerful with "Ikea style" furniture: desk, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, drop-down table and shelving.

There is currently a single bed but I will buy a brand new bed and mattress, either 3ft or 4ft – your choice.

The room is fully furnished, so it suits someone not looking to bring additional furniture. All kitchen and dining equipment is also provided.
