Lovely double bedroom - short let only

Lovely creative Victorian house located near Bohemia Road of St Leonards available until end of July 2026.

Ideally looking for professional working to share this house (sorry no couples), but will consider a student.

On street parking, small rear back yard and within walking distance of local shops and only 20 mins from the sea.

Must be a dog lover as there is a well behaved small dog living in the house.

The house is very calm, creative and tidy and I’m looking for a like-minded, creative individual to share with.

The double bedroom is on the 2nd floor at the front of the house, has a small wardrobe, large antique chest of drawers and a couple of chairs. There's room to put in your own desk/table if required. (Bedding is not provided, but shown in the picture for presentation purposes).

There is a small back yard and a lovely front garden.

And finally, looking for the ‘normal’ traits in a person - trustworthy, friendly, clean, tidy, sense of humour, respectful and enjoys living with a very friendly laid-back dog.
