We are seeking a new housemate(s) for this beautiful countryside house-share, this is an HMO (house of multiple occupancy).
En-suite room with additional 2nd room attached to use for their own studio/lounge/office space.
Max 2 people for this room, Sorry no pets or children.
£1212 monthly rent plus electricity (approx £70 per month), plus £10 monthly kitty charge. All other bills included.
1.5months deposit required.
2 month contract, 2 month notice period.
We are situated 15mins drive from lewes, Forest row, Haywards heath and Uckfield or 35mins drive from Brighton. It's a rural location so advise applicants to own a car. Public transport around here is not very connected.
Living with 6 other lovely humans, with a shared kitchen (fully kitted to suit an HMO), shared lounge, shared co-working space, veg/herb plot, large garden with firepit and chickens.
