I am looking for two housemates to share my lovely home with me and (one is temp and leaves 31st May) thats the room with ensuite. The £900 room is free now. You must be responsible clean and tidy - but also have a good personality! Must also be respectful and wants a peaceful sanctuary to live in. The house is a gorgeous stand alone property set off Steyning Road. Large front and back garden. Not overlooked. Its a very spacious with an incredible brand new kitchen and utility room installed. Massive new patio outside. Occasionally hosts air b n b guests too - who do not share the lounge /dining room space. We have a cleaner that i would want a weekly equal contribution to as cleaning is always a bone of contention in the past. Approx cost is £20 a week depending on number of people in the house.
Council tax and other bills included. The house has 6 bedrooms so very spacious with 4 bathrooms in total.
