Two rooms available to choose from.

A bright West- facing double room in a relaxed, newly decorated & renovated 3 bedroom house. The largest 12x10’10 has two floor to ceiling cupboards with shelves / wardrobe so plenty of storage space. The room get lots of natural light and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers (I can exchange furnishings depending on your requirements as I have alternative items.

The second room is East facing 12x8’8 , the furnishings are inter changeable in both rooms.

The house has a calm, easy-going feel, with a good-sized lounge and a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils), It’s a clean, homely, uncluttered space.

About the House:

-3min walk to Fishersgate Station, 5 mins to Bus stops on church Road into Brighton , 10 mins Boundary Road shops, and the beach
-West facing garden (with completion of patio in May) a shed for bike storage
-On-street parking
-All bills included, including WiFi

About me:

I work from home or my studio, I have an active lifestyle, Socalising, enjoying the beach, walks and swims in sea, riding my bike on the downs and painting and making art.
I’m an independent /open minded person and value my own space but i'm also up for a chat.

There’s no TV in the lounge as I’m not a TV watcher, my content comes via you tube.
