Friendly neighbours, cosy and homely say previous lodgers.

Single level with internal handrails, there is a low step at the front door and at the access to the garden.

The bus stops are four minutes away, to either Brighton or Eastbourne, 14, 12, 12X, 12A, 13X routes all stop there.
The sea or South Downs are 7 minutes either way.

I am a retired computer programmer so plenty of tech support if required, use of an Apple Mac mini in the lounge.
