Shared open‑plan kitchen/dining room, bathroom with over‑bath shower, central heating. Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and slimline dishwasher.

Parking available with secure intercom entry. No garden, but surrounded by parkland and rural walks.
A vehicle is recommended—very rural—but there’s a walkable bus link to rail connections.
Phone signal is limited, but WiFi calling, WhatsApp and texts work fine.

Deposit negotiable depending on terms.
Lady owner lives in full‑time; enjoys a peaceful home, early nights, walking and yoga—not suitable for late‑night party lifestyles.
